Its a pretty good grocery store. Good prices and variety. My only issues here are some staff are not super pleasant, but I still come here often.

Everytime I go here my experience hasn’t been great. Never more than one register open with an actual person and only 3/6 of the self checkouts work most the time. 5 employees standing around while one person was on the register and line was maybe 6-7 people long? Crazy. The employees stare at you and give you dirty looks. There is also one guy who works there who makes me extremely uncomfortable. I have left the store without everything I need because he will be in an aisle “stocking shelves” but if I try to go down it he stares at me the entire time. Really should tell your employees not to be doing that. Super disappointing and not ok.

Loved the service. Amazing service provided by African American lady (cashier) on my Friday night (very late) visit there. The security guy was also very courteous.

Stopped for a few things after an Appointment!!!!Very Clean Store,Love the Deli!!It wasn't too busy which a plus!!!

Very disappointing experience. I usually go to the one on Rockford Rd, but went here because I was heading home from somewhere nearby. It took so long to pick through their many, many units of blueberries and strawberries to find ones that weren't rotten. Once I got home and opened them, I realized that they were close enough to rotten not to eat. I also realized that I hadn't checked the expiration date on a couple of other things that were more than a week expired. What a waste of money and time. I definitely won't be taking that chance again. Very frustrating.

I love this Plymouth Cub Foods store on 6th. Enjoy all my pictures from 2 days ago. There is a store remodel going on at the moment, and the clearance is on the back right wall, by the bakery. I looove their bakery goods, especially the Dutch cocoa muffins (no frosting), 4 for $5.99! Delish! I love the bakery workers too! Everyone is so friendly at checkout and the people who bring the carts in, that's hard work, especially in the winter!

I visited this location on, 3/29/24 and when I went to check out there was a slight problem with my EBT PROVIDER’S card. Had to swipe a couple times to get it to work. On 3/30/24 I visited the store again, to ultimately use my card that was declined about 10 times. I tried credit and debit about 5 different times before asking for help at the self checkout. The customer service lady took me to the same register that I had problems with the day before. It declined twice after she attempted to get it to work on the first register. She noticed the same declined RED words across the screen. So she cancelled the transaction, and had me rang at a live checkout, it declines again. I stated I had over $700 on my provider card. I had to use a credit card to purchase my items I had gotten for Easter dinner. Went home, tried calling support they were closed. What I was able to do was transfer money from my provider card, that let me know there was nothing wrong with my card CUB FOODS this location has a problem with the EBT PROVIDER CARDS, just glad they didn’t cause it to lock up on me during the holiday weekend. But NOTE, in my eyes the PROVIDER CARD isn’t acceptable at this location. I find this to be a BIG PROBLEM!!! Provider cards have a Mastercard logo!!!

It's dark inside to me. I try not to go to this cub much. The employees are not friendly at all. And you can't always find someone for help.

Recently sold from Haug Companies to Jerry's(some time during Summer 2023). The quality of the produce section has fallen off a cliff, and well over half the staff, almost all of which has been there for 5+ years, is now gone. Plus, the $5.49 chicken tender lunch deal is now $6.99. I used to get groceries there on a daily basis; I now choose to go elsewhere.
