First, they are over-priced for a rental car company. Insurance company paid, but $36.99 for a Ford Focus...that is ridiculous. I brought the car back with half a tank, and was charged $6 per gallon refueling. Spoke with Paul about this, and he said he told me about refueling fee. This a big lie, because Brittany checked me out. All Paul did was the walk around. Also suspect is invoice I ask to be emailed to me. It had my signature on it with a total amount, when the total was not figured out because did not know how long I would need it. Better, cheaper, and more honest car rental places in town.
