I don't do this often, but I feel i need to today. I called the bank yesterday to have a setting changed on my on line account and Fran went above and beyond helping me figure it out. When I stop in to do banking, Christine and Conan are always very friendly and helpful. To top it off this is not even my personal bank. I help my brother with his finances and this is his bank.

I have always had great service at this Bremer bank and every Bremer bank. Plenty of people to help me and personal bankers are always helpful.

Went up to the drive through and told them that I had a paycheck that I would like to cash and that I would like to deposit the cash into my account. I told them that it was a Bremer check, and that they could cash it directly from my employers account. I assured them that I do this all the time at the other Bremer bank that I usually go to, and that it shouldn't be an issue for them. Sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for them to figure it out, and finally they told me that they deposited the check in-full into my account. About 15 minutes later I checked my account to make sure the money was available and noticed that it wasn't. They had just deposited the check regularly and completely disregarded my instructions.

This is the worst Bremer Bank. If you have the opportunity, go to a different one. Most of them are great, but the employees at this location are terrible.
