Whatever they did to the car wash, it really sucks. Instantly curbed my wheels because the new side “guards” are impossibly narrow.Also left half my vehicle unwashed. Looks like the back was lightly misted with water and no dirt was removed.Water spots all over front windshield.It used to be the best wash in the area. Now the new equipment is so bad it doesn’t even wash properly. This seems to be a trend among automated washes lately, as the nozzles barely spray enough water probably to save cost…At $13 sure whatever the car wash sucked, I can let that go but stupidest positioning of the side guards probably caused $200 of damage to my vehicle.

RUDE STAFF (an old lady) yelled at me for using too much paper towel to wipe down the water and chemical residual after going though the Gold Tier (top tier) car wash.Btw, the brand new CAR WASH at this station WON’T dry up the car and LEAVE ugly chemical residual! The tire rim still have half of the dirt before I drove through the car wash.I didn’t see any sign/warning to the paper towel usage and thought spending $80+ on gas and $13 on car wash would justify using 20+ sheets of paper towel?The cashier lady would rather lean on the window to count on how many paper towel I used instead of refilling paper towel box.What a messed up BP station…

I used their new car wash on my jeep that had a lot of bugs on it from the lake. I used their light touch, thinking it would get the bugs off a little better than the touchless wash. When I was exiting the car wash in the dryer, I noticed my rear windshield wiper was pushed away from the window at an odd angle. When I looked it in the whole unit, including the piece that was attached to my car, basically fell apart in my hands. It looked like one of the washer elements must've grabbed a hold of it and ripped it and broke it. I drove around and talked to the service manager and showed her the broken wiper. She said she would talk to the owner and they would let me know if they would do something about it. I called back and stopped back several times and never heard from the owner. Do not use the light touch car wash at this location. I wonder if others have had the same experience?

Today is the worst day I've experienced at this gas station. I'm a valuable customer who at least go to this store 5 our of 7 days a week. I like to get to know my neighborhood stores so we can build up a good rapport with one another and that is what I have at this location. I know the store manager Shelly and I know the morning crew along with the afternoon crew until today. I know store sometimes hires new members or even have different employees come to work from different locations and that is what I experienced today. Someone I didn't recognize and he didn't recognize me but that is no reason for poor customer service, telling me to leave the store, and threats of the police being called. So when I walked in the store, I noticed no one was behind the counter so I proceeded to grab my Fanta orange pop and some M&Ms and walked up to the counter and placed my items on the counter when I heard someone say, I'll be there in a minute. I moved my items so he could scan them while trying to figure out what lottery tickets I wanted. I then heard him say in a annoyed tone, anything else. I ignored him the first time then he said it again and I said yes. I would like 3 of the $3 Lucky Clover Crossword tickets and while I'm still debating on other tickets I wanted to purchase, the man said I need to see your ID. I said can you call Shelly and he said no, I'm not calling anyone so I pushed the items I had on the counter over and walked out the store. I walked back home to get my ID then I walked back to the store and stood in line since someone was at the counter. It was my turn and I started to tell him what I wanted when he said I'm not serving you anything because I threw those items at him which I know I didn't. Just pushed them over and left. I asked him to call Shelly again and he said no but I will call the police if you don't leave. I said good so I can let them know how prejudice you're acting towards me by not doing your job . I asked this man to contact the store manager to verify who I am. I come back with my ID ask he stated before and he still wanted to be an asshole. His quick to call the police on an Black African American woman but couldn't call the store manager. I have already reported this to the BP corporation today and hopefully this astronomical behavior won't be accepted again.

Rude staff who don't even know their own promos and deals, hours are absolutely NOT 24 hour and haven't been updated in months. Even the BP website doesn't have the correct info.

I love their inexpensive touchless carwash! It's the only reason I come here. The staff have always been friendly to me.

I'm leaving one star, cuz I can never figure out hours... It's never posted on the outside, and despite numerous attempts to get it updated on Google maps, it keeps showing up is 24 hours. I was here at 9:50 something p.m. tonight, doors were definitely locked, no longer serving customers.
