Employee named Bob, knew nothing about his job, rude, offensive, didn't listen, wouldn't give me my battery credit. Had to come back multiple times, meanwhile the battery leaked in my car and ate through the carpet with acid, finally another store employee was present to help. FIRE Bob, or at min, never leave Bob alone in store.

As a single woman frustrated my vehicle would not start and needed a new battery, I took a shot it went to batteries plus.

Ordered a battery on line it said in stock get a call back and it’s on back order so I can’t get the one I ordered for at least 3 weeks so I settled for the next best and have to pay for that one also so the money I paid for the first one is tied up in limo which they don’t seem to care I get the other battery home and install it in my bike and it’s not charged and they hang up on me when I ask them why I have to drive around all day to bring it back because they can’t seem to do their job and check to make sure it was charged?

I wanted suggestions about what battery would be good for my car. I appreciated the assistance I received when I called the store. Ordering online was simple. I went to the store a few hours later and my battery was ready to be installed. The salesman was very kind and the battery was installed promptly.

Best place to buy a car battery. Easy access to stores,fast, honest workers. Takes 10 minutes, my last 2 batteries installed here. Last battery lasted 7.5 years. A few bucks more but worth the convenience plus 10% off when bought online.

Had.a battery die 2 days before the warranty was up. They tried to recharge with no luck. By this the time the warranty was.up, but they still replaced my battery.
