“I want to share a great experience I had today, it’s the least I could do. I came in to pick up an order today and things went so smooth! I have picked up Oder before and normally end up waiting for some time before someone can locate my order. Today, things were different! Upon arrival I was greeted by the most courteous gentleman, Tyrone. Greeted with a huge smile and he looked up my order and told me it would take a few mins for someone to bring up to the front. He was very kind and within minutes my order was in front and Tyrone even helped bring to my car! “I walked in about 6:45 PM to rent a 20” chainsaw. Brad helped me and told me before I departed with it that I should try and start it with several pulls first without using the choke because the Echo Brand saw seems to start better that way.
He also said if it didn’t start after three pulls then to use the choke for one pull and then back it off and pull again and it should start.
Well, he was right and once the saw started it ran perfectly and with very good power. The chain on the saw was sharp, the fluids were full and I cut up several tree trunks in about 45 minutes and had the chainsaw returned within 1 1/2 hours.
