I switched to Auto Owners Insurance through Shawn Lappen at the Anchor Agency (Plymouth, MN) because it would insure my hobby farm. Auto Owners also offered a better rate and better coverage than my previous carrier. We contacted Carrie Pahl when it was time to renew our homeowner's insurance. She promptly responded to our phone, email and text inquiries throughout the process. Carrie researched and recommended a new insurance carrier who maintained the coverage we needed for both home and auto while also providing a lower premium.
