Love going to this 9Round! The gym is super clean and it’s great to be able to go any time I want. Seeing great results and feeling so good from this 30 minute workout. Neil runs a great business and is always so helpful and great to chat with!

Early on, but really enjoying the experience. The help from trainers has been crucial as I work on some brand new skills. It's great seeing people with a wide variety of skill levels, you don't have to know anything about kickboxing to get started. I'm looking forward to continuing hitting my goals.

New workout everyday. Trainers are awesome. Brand new to kickboxing or martial arts of any kind and I've been slowly getting the hang of it. Great, quick full body workout
