I love KBS. although some of the prices are a little high, the store is clean with just about everything I have ever looked for.The staff is always friendly and very helpful. So i will pay the price difference for such a wonderful place. Its definitely worth it. Every time i go in there, I do not feel as if i am not wanted there. They make you feel like part of the KBS family.C. Barnes

Great employees who are friendly and are very helpful. Located right as you come into plainview, it is easily accessible and lots of variety ofprofuct to choose from, it is on the spendier side but can be worth it.

In these crazy times they were completely out of plumbers putty. The gentleman at the desk gave me a little putty out of his personal supply so I could finish my project. That was really kind, the type of small town regard some think is lost. I sure appreciate it.

I have always been pleased with the service at KBS. Every time I walk in, someone greets me and asks if I need any help finding anything. It is nice to have a hardware store close to home and not have to go to Rochester.

Despite multiple attempts by our builder to get our account paid before we closed on our house, we received a sizable but incorrect bill from them that took months to resolve. Also never returned any phone calls. Clearly not detailed oriented.

No customer service unless you look like a slack jawed yokel from this town in camo gear, Nobody said a word to me until I was walking out after wandering around 20 mins trying to get help and find what I’m looking for. Then as I’m walking out I finally get a “hi”
