I was supposed to see Deseree,and I apparently didn't. My appointment was for 3 and there was only one person there so I assumed it was her. She told me I was a day early and I found out later that I was helped by a different person. I was early, but I didn't see any other cosmetologist when I was there. My hair was ok, not totally what I wanted. I got out to my car and then got a message that said she was sorry I missed my appointment. I told her I just came from the Salon. And the lady didn't do much at all to my hair but I have never paid $30 for a cut and dry. I do not believe I will return.
