Terrible service and communication. Bought a truck here and drove 3.5 hours one way two different times to their service department only for half the accessories to not be completed on it. Wasn't informed either time and didn't find out until we got there and saw the truck. Glad our purchase is over and we won't be returning. We decided to bring our business somewhere else for the remaining accessories where we know they will get done.

I Purchased an F150 from kimber Creek, wrote a check for the entire thing. Scheduled a meeting to take a look at 1 ton trucks. Drove an hour and a half one-way to test drive and purchase the truck. When I got there, they informed me that they sold both options I was looking at without informing me and being a complete waste of my time. Their communication is absolutely horrible along with their professionalism. They will never be getting any more of my business and I need a new truck for my company almost every year.

Kimber Creek Ford was outstanding with communications during my long distance purchase. If I asked for photos of the dashboard, they took them and sent them as soon as possible. They answered any questions I had. They kept me well informed on the progress of my purchase.Buying a car sight unseen can be a little unnerving, but they kept me in the loop.They even took the time to send me a photo of the van loaded on the carrier headed west.When I'm ready for my next vehicle purchase, I would not hesitate do buy from them again. Even 2,000 miles away.

My husband inquired about a 2017 F-150 that he was interest in. It had 80,000 miles on it. Renee answered his inquiry and asked a few questions. She invited us the next day to come visit the dealership. She is very knowledgeable about Ford, truck engines, towing needs - the whole gambit. With more questions about our needs and our plans for this truck, she steered us to a 2019 with 35,000 miles on it - still within our budget. When she pulled it around and introduced us to this truck, we knew it was what we wanted. They let you know with their first email that they don't dicker on price. They want the customer to have their very best deal. We found all of this to be true. We will deal with Kimber Creek Ford in the future. Everyone there was friendly and caring and completely transparent about what was going to happen

From our initial contact with the internet salesman, James, we were impressed with Kimber Creek Ford. Aggressive, competitive pricing with swift customer service. Nate, one of the Kimber Creek salesmen, drove 20 minutes to our campground so we could test drive the diesel F350. We loved it. Low mileage. Loaded with features. Well maintained. At the dealership, we met with Matt to discuss a possible trade-in and possible financing. In the process, we discovered how much the Kimber Creek staff enjoy working with each other and their customers in a relaxed, no-pressure fun-filled atmosphere. A few days later, we drove our 2020 F350 out of the Kimber Creek lot VERY PLEASED with the deal, the process, the vehicle preparation, but especially the people. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, including five from the same salesman, but Kimber Creek is now my dealer of choice and I shall contact them for my next vehicle - even though I live out of state. They really are that good!
