The facility is secure and air conditioned and quite convenient to load and unload your things. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their employees especially Jonathon. “Needed a storage unit on short notice last spring and ZMS came through. LARGE, CLEAN storage unit at half the cost of what a similar unit in Rochester wanted. Complex is well lit off of a main road and I saw the local PD proactively checking the area frequently, so I know my stuff was safe. Very friendly owners who were great to work with for the 4 months that I needed the space. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again!”
