Over a month ago my EBT card was sent out to me and I never received it. So I paid $2.00 to receive a new one . It's been 6 days since I reordered my card. I've gone up there a few times just checking to see if its there because I really could use it and nothing. I have to drive up There and it takes 20min do to needing that card I have no $ for gas. Now my gas light is gonna be turning on when I drive there again and if my card isn't there I Will be screwed. I am unsure why I never received my card that was sent the first time but I wish there was a way I could call and talk to the post office and check to see if I have any mail there. This is ridiculous that I have to drive up there. I'm really hoping so much that my card has arrived because if not I'm screwed

Ran over my friends dog, didn't even attempt to stop. Then after they were reported, they retaliated against them and stopped delivering packages.

Would love to know where my mail is. I have informed delivery and have not seen any of this mail... and it posted on Thursday. I have always gotten my mail the day the informed delivery states. So this not getting my mail is not because it is sitting in St. Paul.

I legit am having quite a time with this post office. I find them very unreliable. My father has been trying to mail me something very important, going on 3 months now. Come to find out they told him that I don't live at my address. Which by the way I changed my address in July. I honestly feel at times I live in an episode of The Twilight Zone since moving here (or maybe karma?). So I'm looking into alternative options for either getting my mail and looking for a new place to call home. Maybe I'm not meant to be up here as I thought. Anyway I've even talked to them and they said they would call but have. They are quite rude and always rushed when it doesn't seem necessary esp when someone is just trying to get answers as to why they arent receiving there ma. I mean even the government both local and fed can't get me my mail. I even signed up for informed delivery and that barely works. It's offly maddening when your just trying to live and start over.

Writing on behalf of my brother. It is very hard to get any kind of postage from this location. They go long periods of time without getting any mail delivered to them. Most packages are also rerouted to the original sender or it needs to be picked up at the office. Unsure if its the mailman or if its the location in general. But please do better!

I gave it a three, because our Post Office Station employees usually deserve a 5, especially at the post office.The post person who delivers my mail deserves a ZERO. They constantly, not every once in a while, CONSTANTLY mix up our mail. I often times have to hand deliver my neighbors mail to them and visa versa. As long as everyone gets their mail and no one misses something important I don't mind playing post person and taking mis-delivered mail to my neighbors. However, the degree I worked 4 years to obtain clearly stated in large bold red letters: DO NOT BEND! It was bent in half and shoved in the box, ruining the holder it was in and creasing the degree I wanted to frame. The DO NOT BEND couldn't be any clearer. Pay attention, it's not the first time that instruction has been ignored. They also did it to an envelope full of family pictures of various sizezes, including 8x10s...also covered in red DO NOT BEND PHOTOS !!!!If Postal Person doesn't want to walk up to the door, leave a card for us to pick the items up at the Post Office. Ridiculous and unnecessary destruction of important items.

Tried calling about a package that may have been delivered by mistake. Was stuck in endless menu's with system verification that I was asking for an agent. Last thing it said was I know that your asking for an agent but i am sorry I have to hang up now to help other callers.

This postal office cannot get their mail straight! I keep getting other peoples mail and now I just found out that an important document I mailed weeks ago wasn't even sent. They need to seriously fix this issue

Needed to have my mail delivered to my front door after a knee injury, the Pine City Post Office gave me nothing but a hassle. I did exactly what they wanted me to, a note from the doctor and put a box by the front door. In 4 days of them holding our mail, we received 2 things. I wonder where the rest of our mail is. Not happy.
