Super nice people working when I went there. They said they had the brakes that I needed but they couldn't find them when I got there. They weren't sexist like some auto parts stores are. They didn't try to cheat me or treat me poorly. Will come here again if those guys are working. Thanks!

I was heading to the North Shore from the Twin Cities for a weekend trip when my check engine light came on. I stopped by the Pine City O’Reilly off the highway so they could run diagnostics.Jose was incredibly friendly and eager to help us get the issue resolved so we could get back on the road. He ran diagnostics and told me I needed an ignition coil and spark plug replacement. He found the correct parts and called a local auto mechanic who could do the work that night.I am so thankful for Jose diagnosing the problem and directing us to someone who could fix the issue. I highly recommend O’Reilly’s services and Jose did a wonderful job!

Very rude customer service. Gave me the wrong part from an online order. I was understanding those things happen sometimes. They did not want to give me the right part. Was there twice and both times they were extremely rude. Don't get a job in customer service if you don't know how to talk to people respectfully. Worst O'Reilly's store I have been to. I wont be back to pine city O'Reilly's.
