Great service! Employees are extremely helpful. I've had my phone screen replaced a few times and will never go to Verizon to replace it! The quality is great and the price is very reasonable.

I had to go to this location to get my fingerprints scanned for a new job I was starting. Can not recommend going to this location for that reason. The guy who was "assisting" had zero boundaries. He was digging through my personal emails on my cell phone, made sure to touch AS MUCH of my hand as possible, and even when the light was green and the machine had accepted the print he would say; "oh it didn't get it" so the entire process took 20 minutes and was the most uncomfortable I've felt in a very long timeEdit in response to the owners reply: I am familiar with the process of having my fingerprints taken as well, I haven't done it 400 times in a month granted. But that was not the first time in my life. Also, would I go out of my way to write a poor review if I didn't feel your employee was violating my privacy? Of course I had the exact email ready and it was your valued worker who went back into my inbox and began looking through my emails. I appreciate your response in a public forum as it only enforces my opinion that people should avoid your store as you responded with snide sarcasm when a customer reported feeling uncomfortable during a visit to your store

Place is great, employee’s are great too. Only complaint is that I came in to buy a ps4 controller from them once and it ended up being a bootleg controller and not an official one, despite being sealed in the original packaging. $60 for a bootleg controller? Cmon.. other than that great store.
