Was a good location, but it seems there was a staff change. Twice I've stopped in for tracking on an item and both times she acted as if I was wasting her time. She told me I needed to wait longer on the shipper and that they may not have shipped it out. I checked with the shipper and they indeed provided everything including showing it was shipped. My written message to the overall postal service also went unanswered, since I didn't want to deal with Pillager again. I never received my autographed item, I purchased. The seller even offered to send me a new one!
I even told the local post office that a few years before this they were able to GPS right at Pillager when it said delivered and found it up the road at another residence. They retrieved it that time, but that was the much more helpful postal clerk years ago. If the local Pillager postal service wants to reach out to me, they can figure that out!

I come here weekly to drop off packages from my small business. I’ve never had any issues. Employees are all very friendly.

Service was really good Jody helped us figure out what we needed to do with our paperwork and all of our payments she was super helpful and polite and we drove to the pillager post office instead of one closer to us because we'd heard that she was helpful.

My favorite post office. Very friendly, helpful, and they always get everything right. I drive out of my way to go to this post office because their customer service is so great. Super quick and easy to get in and out too.
