They used to be staffed a few months ago, but always short handed now. Nobody ever answers the phone, long wait for refills, my meds are not ready on time. I'm just not satisfied with them anymore, unfortunately.

We are so fortunate to have a pharmacy in a small town like Pillager. They give great customer service and it has saved us many trips to Brainerd!

Awesome! Just make sure you get your refills before the weekend and holidays ;-) 7 days prior is the key. Love that they take their time with each customer.

I wanted to use Longbella because I like to support small business.I just had to go 4 days without my BP medication because of the lack of communication from this business. I understand mistakes happen and I understand even at "box pharmacies" people can probably fall through the cracks but I've never had a problem with Walgreen's in the past so I guess I'm going back there.
