Worst post office I've dealt with in the 5 cities I've lived in. Very little in the way of customer service or communication, and when there is it's usually rude.

Probably the most obnoxious two experiences I've had in a while; two days in a row. Ordered through amazon and they unfortunately shipped through USPS.... not only were shipments delayed, but making requests or changes completely cripples their process. Explained to the employee that I noticed the shipment was delayed/held up. Stated I would gladly come back to pick up my package or, it it was too late, have them drop it off. The lady I spoke with said she couldn't guarantee anything, but would try to intercept it and have it ready the following day. Got a notification it was "ready to be picked up at carrier" - naturally I drive over. After giving the employee all of my info and standing at the counter for 15 mins, he has a shipping receipt.... he states that the lady I spoke with yesterday told the driver to not drop it off on their route and bring it back for me to pick up (because that makes sense after explaining I was open to either; whichever is faster). I showed the guy the "ready for pick up at carrier" and he was about as confused as it could get. No answer, no idea for next steps, no assistance. In addition, the staff is about as friendly as rats and cats. Clearly despise their job and what they do; probably just enjoying the Gov benefit package. Long story short: if you ship through USPS, DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OR GO TO THE LOCATION. Their organization is a disaster and their customer service is nonexistent.

This place conned me into sending my package priority and charged me $25. I took a package in for mailing, I wanted the cheapest slowest option they had. The clerk quoted me $25 to ship it, I asked if they had something cheaper but she said that I wouldn't want to do that because its slow, and it might get damaged and it was around $10. So I agreed to send it the more expensive way, then I find out later that I mailed it priority because the recipient received it in 2 days. I knew the post office was hurting, but I didn't think it was hurting this bad, where it suckers you into the more expensive shipping methods.

Clean, open space with hardly any foot traffic. No lines, just a quick walk up and mail out. No packing tape around, though, so make sure you pack your things properly before you go. Lots of stamps, boxes, and PO Boxes available here, too.
