Large majority of the mail delivers are straight up rude or disrespectful. They always leave stuff right out in the rain. If you report them at all, raise any concerns, offer solutions that you yourself will do, so you packages and letter don’t get soaked, to the manager expect all your packages for next month to be damaged. Every manager whos been here does not care about the citizens. And finally but not least the district manager or rep actively likes to argue and gaslight the population. In conclusion the usps in this town and region are controlled by tyrants. Thank you all for coming to my Ted Talk.

Not sure why everyone has such negative reviews. My experience with them was fantastic. The person who helped me was very nice, figured out where my packages were at and then called the driver to make sure that they would get delivered. Much better service than I find at other places these days!!

Above and beyond has been my experience. Our mail carrier is ABSOLUTELY the finest! Always friendly service at the counter as well.

I have had so many missing packages and deliveries to the wrong address. Everytime I say something to them, they say "we have so many issues with this driver" but nothing gets done about it and she stays employed! So frustrating.

Come on people! What’s with all the negative reviews? If you don’t like it, stop being just a keyboard warrior & try to do their job. Trust me, I literally did that & only lasted a few months. They are not doing it purposely. I believe they are doing their best. Be kind! PS I love my mail carrier! I make her do lots of extra work & she rocks it!

Loses or delivers mail to wrong address constantly. Even if you report it it never goes to higher up. Finally one day my call was transferred to a guy named darren, was very rude full of attitude didnt believe me.

They need to replace those people their, they play to much games, they leave me notes saying I need a signature so they can drop off the package. So I sign it and I left it back in the mailbox and a week passes by and nothing. So I call them without any attitude and they start giving me attitude that I need to pick up the package. Saying that paper don't mean anything even tho it has a signature with my permission that they can leave the package in my house...I work 6 days out of a week and my only day off is Sunday. Which Sunday is close. Those people are always mad for some reason, I guess they need a hug or something
