Drove 20 miles for an appointment for 2:30 pm, got there and they said appointment was at 2:15 and I know for a fact it was not! They messed up and on top of turning us away they were rude. Never will I go there again nor recommend to anyone!

I arrived at 1:30, and I was paying at 1:38. ( less than 8 minutes literally to cut )Perhaps a record speed to complete a men’s cut. Uneven sideburns and poor attention to detail.The question at hand is will I be a return customer?

Horrible she left 1 side bern far from the other she took no time in her work. And i have a patch on the side of my head that i have to cut myself.

Does not even know how to clean up the neck. I feel that's something so basic and anyone in the hair cutting business should be able to do that. I would not recommend. Even the woman who was getting her hair cut right before me was not happy with her cut. Two cuts in a row where the customer isn't satisfied? I'm not sure if that's a coincidence.
