Spent close to a thousand dollars just to drive it for the first time since we got it out of the shop, get about 15 miles down the road and broke down. They wouldn’t even help with a tow. Put another 200 into it hoping it was just a fluke and our car started smoking again, as soon as we got the vehicle out of the shop. They had no remorse and tried to have us bring it in again. Hell no, SMH tried to keep my business local but I ended up going over to Dans Auto Care in Detroit Lakes. Better customer service and we haven’t had any issues since!

We have been trusting our vehicles to Mike Yocum at Perham Auto Repair since 1994 when we moved to this area. Several years ago, I kiddingly told Mike that I wasn't going to refer people to him anymore because he was getting so busy. We have found "Doctor Mike" to be honest, fair, and reasonable. He is not going to do more than is necessary and once when we had a problem that he didn't feel qualified to handle, he had the humility to admit it and asked us to take it to the dealer.

I'm from Michigan. While in town, my car broke down in the evening, just as i was about to leave on my 15 hour trip back home the following morning. These guys were sooo accommodating & had my vehicle fixed first thing in the morning. I am so happy with their service. Thankyou guys, you are so appreciated!
