Just had TDS come out and install fiber!! If all your technicians are as great as mine was, then you’re doing something right!!! Notified when he was on his way. Very professional, friendly, actually liked his job and you could see it, wore his little boot covers, and made small talk. Very nice guy! Fast and friendly!

Avoid TDS at all cost! They are the only ISP available in my new subdivision so I’m stuck with them until someone else moves into the area. They sent my bill to the incorrect address, didn’t send me any email notifications or attempts to call the number on file to notify me of past due payment, and canceled my service. When I called in to find out what was going on, I made a payment immediately only to find out that my promotional offer had been removed and I needed to speak with a supervisor just to get a portion of it reinstated, but I will not be getting the $100 gift card. They said the billing address should’ve been the address where the service was being provided, which I wholeheartedly agreed with! After that call my Internet was still not working, so I called back to find out that I’ll have to wait 48 hours before they’ll turn my Internet back on. This company is just running a scam so that people are paying a higher price than what they agreed to.

Nickolas had been to my house to work on my internet 2 twice . He is awesome ! He got it back on track quickly . My granddaughter was thrilled how fast he got her internet back! Best service person I’ve had 5 stars

Nick K. Was our service technician and he was very professional and did an excellent job hooking up our phones, internet, etc. after getting our lines changed to fiber. He was on time and checked all our devices before leaving.

Salesman Jon is a fantastic Individual, he helped my fiancé with any issues that came up. He was really responsive and fantastic with giving us the type of internet we needed. We requested Nicholas Koppelman because he did my neighbors internet and was extremely nice with them. Nicholas was AMAZING, hands down the best person I’ve ever encountered. He answered any of my fiancés questions, he laughed at his bad jokes, all in all he made us extremely comfortable. He ran into a few issues, but fixed them straight away with a smile on his face. He is perfect for this job. He seems to love what he does, and it shows. If we ever run into any future issues, we will be asking for these two for the help we need. Definitely will be telling people our amazing experience with them.

Salesman Jon helped me with what I needed every step of the way. He would catch any mistakes made with scheduling and correct them made everything a great experience for me. I requested service technician Nicholas Koppelman he did my father-in-laws internet and was nice and polite had a can do attitude. He ran in to some issues but got it figured out and was helpful through the entire experience. If in the future I would need any assistance with my TDS internet or phone I would definitely call these two outstanding individuals who I feel have gone above and beyond there job descriptions thank you so much.

Time window was 1-3 PM. He was here at 1!
Amazing communication, timely, and professional. Our issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed. This is what customer service should be. Thank you for getting us up and running and back to work.

During the repair and replacement of our roofs after a recent storm, one of the contractors cut through our service line. With no telephone, internet or TV for more than a day, we had little to distract us from the noise and chaos of the project. We would like to recognize and thank the engaging, knowledgeable and helpful Technician dispatched to restore our services—Nicholas Koppelman. In today’s world, many employees tend to “just get the basics done” or “go through the motions” with little or minimal regard to true customer service. Nicholas enthusiastically greeted our dog who insisted on welcoming him each trip into the house. He also asked us good questions about our needs which resulted in relocating our service line to a better location/entry point and eliminating unsightly outdated lines running across the front of our home. He was positive, friendly and very helpful. Restoration of our service was nice; being taken care of by Nicholas was better!

I recently had an experience with TDS and wanted to share my feedback. My initial call to tech support had a hold time of about 50 minutes, which was quite long. However, once I got through, the representative was able to resolve my issue within 15 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately, they could only partially fix the problem over the phone and informed me that a technician would need to visit in a few days.
When the technician, Nick Koppelman, arrived, I was very impressed. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nick communicated with me before he arrived and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His professionalism and dedication were much appreciated. Overall, while the initial wait time was frustrating, the excellent service from Nick made up for it.
Since this was an issue with TDS, it would be appreciated if they would consider giving a refund for one or two months as a gesture of goodwill.
