Great place to bring your vehicle in for repairs. In my experience, they always answered their phone and they were really good at communicating with me during the entire process. I called a few times and they were very patient, helpful and willing to answer my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was freshly washed and it looked great!

Terrible service. Took my vehicle in for minor repairs and my month old expensive tire ended up with large hole and inferior plug in it. Was so bad tore had to be replaced at my expense. Stopped in office to ask how it happened and was treated terribly. Owner wouldn't even ask other employees what happened and was asked to leave business. Never go there again.

In 2017, they performed body work on the front end and driver side of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee that was caused by a deer accident. I thought they did good work. Not too long ago I noticed that the driver side door was rusting at the bottom corner. Their paperwork shows that they have a lifetime warranty on all repairs. I brought my vehicle back to them to have them look at it and Greg, the owner, stated that the door would not be under warranty because it does not cover rust. He stated that because of the salt on the road concentrating in the center of the road on the driver side it causes rust on that side. I showed him that not one of the original factory doors, which he did not do any work on, are not rusting, including the rear driver side door. He said that the only thing he could do would be to grind down the rusted area and paint it. I decided to take my vehicle to another body shop. They noticed right away that the seam seal where the outer part of the door overlaps the inner part of the door was not done properly. They showed me that the bottom drains of the door were plugged with sealer. When they unplugged the drain holes water started coming out right away. I called them and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and said that because the vehicle was old and the work was completed 4 years ago it was going to rust. She would not let me talk to the owner because she said he was busy. I called a couple more times within a week and was told each time that the owner was busy. Each time I told her my name and each time she would not take a message to have him call me. I had the new body shop fix the door so it wouldn't harm the rest of the door further. I picked my vehicle back up and they stated that when they took it all apart there was still a good amount of water still inside the door. The total bill to fix my door properly was $2722. I will never use Crow Wing Auto Body again and will not recommend them to anyone because of their poor work, terrible customer service and will not stand behind their warranty.Services: Body & Trim

We had a mishap at a boat landing and our trailer was in need of repair. Greg at Crow Wing Auto Body was amazing, especially since this happened right before the holiday weekend. He got us finished and back on the lake! We will definately use this shop again! Thank you!
