Came into this pharmacy to get something OTC. Ended upbeing discriminated against and had to fight to get my supplies needed to administer my medicine. I figured i would come to pelican drug being its the closest pharmacy when i tend to go to fergus. Big mistake. I needed insulin syringes. After a long time of deliberation i was asked what i needed it for. I answered prescription medicine and was fervently told that store policy didnt allow the sale without prescription. I informed him i had one and also informed him of the recent MN law changes. I then was told I wouldnt recieve my supplies because they felt suspicious of my need for it. I ended up talking to the owner who ended up selling me what i needed. Im going to formally make a complaint about your business. Talk to you soon.

It is not even so much an issue with the people that is getting the reviews, I think it is the layout of the checkout areas and how they are either tucked away, or form an odd line area. Maybe time for a Gordon Ramsay style interior re-do for this otherwise amazing small town asset. Many people forget this is a big pharmacy for such a small town.

Nice little Pharmacy, with lots of stuff to look at, the only thing I dislike about the pharmacy is it takes a long time to wait for your Prescription.

Rude, impatient, unfriendly staff. I had to tell them to fill my meds twice withing two days. I told her in person because I transferred them, then I call like where's my meds and she argued they don't automatically fill them, that's why you gave me one because I asked u to fill them all. Then argued that my pharmacy didn't transfer my insulin when they did and cut me right off and was rude. So my third trip up there I finally got my meds and that lady was so unfriendly. The elderly gentlemen In front of me said that was twice he called his in. And complained to me and said he would be transferring from this pharmacy.
