Ted's RV is amazing!
Every time I go in there I am greeted with incredible hospitality and service. In past experiences Derek has helped me through many of my problems and coached me or helped me fix the problem completely. Today, after scraping the back corner of my fifth wheel against my shed while turning, Davis helped me gather the necessary parts and also coached me through the repair! These guys are second to none!

Ted's RV Land service is unmatched in my opinion. Doesn't matter if you're there looking for a simple $5 part of a $100k RV, they treat you like you're the only one in the store. Great work Ted's!

Not a great experience so far. Bought the 42View to use at a campground in the summer and we winter in AZ 7 months. Moved back from Florida, made the purchase and were told it was on the road headed to their dealership. We found out that wasn't true and had to move into a hotel. Not happy about that expense. Trailer comes about 2 weeks late. Called them with issues that never should have left the factory, mbr door won't close, latch and opening in frame are 2 inches apart. Bathroom door closes very hard, gouge out of fridge installing it, board flipped on cabinet face so pressed wood exposed to name a few. Trailer is level. They want over a 600.00 trip charge to fix this, I'm not ok with that. Dealing with the factory warranty manager, I'll check back in.

Don't but anything new there ,they don't provide any warranty on vehicles, nor does there supplier/ manufacturer, bought a brand new master toe dolly & used it to tow a vehicle to arizona, bearings keep coming loose & had to get repaired several times , took it back to teds rv & they wouldn't even look at it or try to repair it , they told me bearings are supposed to come loose & I should get it out of there !
I picked it up & have filled suit against them in court !
Court date isn't even set yet but my attorney says there gona be paying alot more than just the price or the dolly, but what a hassle & a joke !!

People are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of things for your camper. They put a base plate on my jeep so I can flat tow it. They even have a great selection of Ebikes.

I would like to thank Davis and team for my first e-bike experience. I have just logged 1044 miles since July 1st. It has changed my metabolism, attitude and love of biking!Davis got me in the best bike for me with the right accessories and I have become a fanatic. Wind, temperature matter less so I am out almost daily. In fact have decided to go on a trip in Europe on an e-bike from the Alps to the Adriatic! If you are thinking about an e-bike just do it!!! Thanks my friends!!!

I have been in the new/used car business for over 10 years and understand what customer service is all about. Found a bunk house 5th wheel on their site and gave them a call. Dan was straight to the point and gave me a more than fair trade in value over the phone. Drove 1-1/2 hours with my trade and within 20 min signed paperwork and I was on my way home while they prepped the used 5th wheel. 2 weeks later (today) drove back to take delivery. Not only was Davis a great help with quick paperwork but set me up with Chad to do a final walkthrough. WOW is Chad GREAT! I’ve been through the different tiers of the RV world all the way up to a diesel pusher but never a 5th wheel and was a little nervous with how to hitch/unhitch. Chad did an OUTSTANDING job helping me along the way and even helped adjust my 5th wheel plate in my truck for height. ALL around these guys are the real deal and I wouldn’t hesitate for a SECOND to look them up first when I have RV needs in the future. I never met the owner but be PROUD of your team!!!! You all knocked it out of the PARK!!! I will be back!!!
