I'm a customer they inherited from McKays. I paid off my Jeep a few years early. I've been trying to get my gap insurance refund check since July. I have had to call them everytime and pursue this issue. Today, I talked to the gap canceling company and they said the check they sent was received, AND CASHED, within a week. And today, I was told from the dealership they had not received any check and have no records. It's ridiculous I have to be the one to track down the copy of the CASHED check and forward it to them. This is extremely sketchy and as a customer I have to continually call to make sure my issue will eventually be resolved. It's been 2 months, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes another 2. If a dealership doesn't provide any customer service, don't go. Highly don't recommend this one. I'm doubting I'm even going to get my refund. I'm sure I'll be told something like there's nothing of your $200 left because of "fees" and that's why there was no documentation or money left to refund. Good customer service could leave to lifetime customers, they will be losing me for sure.

Unfortunately, bad experience with this dealership. I checked out a vehicle on Sunday. Posted sellers hours of operation on vehical said business was open until 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Monday I drove from Willmar to check out the vehicle. Had everything needed to purchase as long as I liked driving it. Business was closed upon arrival. Left voice-mail on phone number listed on website about interest in vehicle. It has been half a day with no return call. Do not recommend going through this dealership.

I would highly recommend, always great service from Pam and Wade in sales. Sam, in service department is great, he is respectful, helpful, and the service department has maintained my Enclave and always done a great job.

I Purchased a beautiful 2017 silverado. The whole process was quick and efficient! Bailey was more than helpful, and had answered every question. She also provided as much information about the truck as I needed. More than happy with the overall experience.
