Worked with the Parts and Service team to help with a repair. Long story short we ended up being charged for 2 turbos and a skid steer that still doesn’t operate. Goes to show that customer service is important to some but not these guys. Needless to say we will drive the extra hour to go to another dealer next time we need service.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave in parts here. He was knowledgeable and gave prompt service. I ordered parts to be sent to me on my credit card.
Three weeks later I called Dave to ask about other parts I may need. I did not order them, he said he was going to call me back with pricing and availability. A short time later the parts I had asked for pricing on, came in the mail. I called and asked Dave why did he send the parts? He said "we had your credit card information on file from your last order so i just sent them to you" . Now I don't know about you Folks, but for me, that is no way of doing business. The amount was only $60, not a big deal, but if I would have known it was going to be $30 for shipping an envelope to me I would have picked the parts up, and if i would have known they could charge my card without my permission I would never have done business with them in the first place. So bottom line, RUN from this operation !! I have closed that credit card to stop them from deciding to send me anything else they would like to sell !!
