I have been purchasing propane from Gappa for about 12 years, they also have been doing the maintenance on my cars and trucks for the past 5 years. I have always been happy with the staff, prices and services they provide.

I could not be more appreciative of the Gappa family and their business over the last 11 years since I moved to the area. From buying propane for my home, getting vehicle repairs, buying bulk farm fuel, and odds and ends. They have gotten me out of binds when my vehicles broke down, made sure I never ran out of propane even during the worst shortage in history, and let me make payments when I was out of work for health problems. Keep it right with them, and they will keep you warm and on the road. Anytime someone asks me where to get vehicle work done, get propane for their house, or bulk fuel, I always recommend Gappa's.

Looks like I’m not the only one getting accused of not paying my bill when I did. Jackie wasn’t there paid in the store area. I do have my receipt also like the other man that got a bill already paid. This is so disorganized and plain out bad business skills. So it’s customer’s responsibility to kept receipts for you. I guess I should run your business for you. I have experience. First off when a customer pays a bill marked paid. Keep a copy. If employees can’t handle that when your gone Jackie then train them how. Ridiculous that you have to be there for things to go half way right.

Terrible gas. The worst mileage I've ever seen. I drive a small car and I was getting worse mileage than a 1 ton gas truck with someone else's fuel. Don't waste your money.

Very good customer service. Except the front desk auto area. Not so good. I guess I was told it was Monday mornings fault. My thought was maybe customer service wasn't the wright job for this lady
