Needs to be more organized in the auto part of the store. Stop charging ppl in the store for fixing cars, if your going to accuse customers of basically stealing. Two separate registers so use them that way. I’m glad I kept my receipt. Although it should be your responsibility as “business owners” to keep track of things. I’m not the only one this has happened too. Bad business if you ask me. This will be posted all over other then here. First time in my life I got accused of not paying for something.

excellent service every time i go in, i stop in every day before school, and every 3 weeks for lunch, the staff is so friendly. i work at brothers in miltona and here at standard the service and food is so much better, and cheaper

2nd part: defiantly changed my mind. Got recipes tooken care plus you took my car in right away today. Thanks changed from a 1 star to 5 star. Got a call from Jackie saying that I didn't pay for my tow which was last month. A month passes by and then decided to call??? When she wasn't there the bill got paid that Friday. We added a pizza, drinks, and tow fee. 164.08. She said there is no receipt saying we paid. If your workers aren't responsible or organized, I'm not sure why that is my fault. Then Do NOT have ppl pay in the store instead of the auto part when you are not there. Have customers come back when you are there. Auto part of the store should only charge for auto. Store should only be charged for gas and etc.I have the receipt saying I paid plus my bank statement. This is rude and ridiculous.

Hard to rate. Chicken is always very good, and the pizza is burned and not edible. I've bought pizza a couple times and burnt both times. A coworker told me the same thing. Please fix your oven or take it out before it should be thrown out and not sold

We were traveling up in northern MN and had had car trouble about 10 minutes north of Park Rapids. I called and spoke with Jacki and she knew right away what the problem was and what I needed to do in order to get it fixed. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks Jacki.

Thank you for the prompt service. I was not expecting the starter to quit and you guys were able to get me in basically at the last minute, even though I came in around 11:30 am. Staff was friendly, labor was slightly high but that was ok to. Small town businesses need to stay open.
