Friendly staff and very helpful, both on the UPS side and motor vehicle side. 2:30 drop off for UPS is important to help get things out on time.

I can't say enough about the service I received from Jon Smythe. His patience with helping me with my packages was incredible. I was the one who made the mistakes on my packages and he remedied it all and off my packages went! I so appreciated his help and it saved me a trip to Bemidji or home to start all over! Thank you!!
