They keep miss delivering packages to my P.O. Box because my street address is included in the shipping address along with my P.O. Box number. I don’t have a mailbox at my street address.

The guy at the counter was super nice and very kind, definitely brightened my day. One of the best interactions I’ve had with a federal employee.

If any deliveries too big for the mailbox get transferred to the USPS instead of FedEx or UPS, good luck. They won’t even drive down the driveway and deliver them like FedEx and USP. I wish I could specify to not transfer them to the USPS. It’s the worst system. FedEx and UPS are so much better.

Usually, very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. But today I got surprised! I created my shipment online, chose the option "print label in USPS location". Followed all the steps, but the woman I was talking to at USPS said she cant help me and send me to Coborn's to use their wireless printer. She didn't even tried to look it up in their system, just kept telling me there is nothing she can do.

I purchased a newly built home approximately 2 miles outside of Park Rapids last month. The first thing I did was submit a change of address with the USPS. We were told there was an issue with the post office not recognizing our address because it is a new build. They had me contact the post master general and submit our address to be recognized saying it should take up to 10 days for that request to be processed. We than purchased a mailbox kit from L & M Fleet Supply that came with all of the necessary pieces to Install our mailbox. We follows the USPS guidelines and put our mailbox up on country road 1 next to all of the other ones for our street. We received mail for 2-3 days and than received a note in our mailbox that it wasn't up to code and needed to be moved closer to the road. We followed all guidelines. We took photos of our mail box vs everyone else's and were told by Jeremy that our mailbox was actually within guidelines and the others were not and they would be flagged to comply. End of story right? NOPE! Now we are not receiving any mail at all and receiving notifications that our mail and packages are to be picked up at the post office as requested by customer. No I did not request to pick my mail up at the post office, not ever. So the mail handler made the decision to not deliver our mail. We have stopped in and tried to file a complaint with Scott. He said he would drive by our mail box and see what the issue may be and get back to us. Never heard anything so called again this morning and Scott Informed is that he did drive by but doesn't have any information for us because Jeremy is out of town. Here we are almost a full month in our new home and still not receiving critical mail! And definitely not receiving any support from the USPS. If anyone has any advice or ideas, we would be extremely grateful to hear them.
