My only complaint was shipping a package that already had prepaid shipping from the company i received the order from. And yet i had to pay for shipping.

I can tell you that my mailing experience here was the worst I have ever had. 7/25/2022 I needed to do a return but I needed help printing off my label. The guy at the desk did not greet me, and then demanded I forward him my label. As he saw that I was struggling to figure it out, he didn't once ask if I needed help he just stood there and looked at me. He was more concerned with the conversation he was having with another person at the time. I told him he was rude and walked out. He shouldn't be employed there if he doesn't have the decency or awareness to clearly know when someone needs help. Garbage service. Never coming back.

Worst experience I've ever had. I Ordered a phone from Verizon and payed $20 for next day shipping. The address was wrong verizon corrected it and that was on Saturday. Its Tuesday now they sent it on a truck then had a problem again with the adress when it was out for delivery and now its gonna be 4 days past my initial delivery time im mad

Make sure your label is printed. They don't print them here even if you already have one in your email or did the online labels. Your package needs to be ready to go. I would have expected that a cabability as basic as printing a label would be a thing at an "Authorized UPS Shipping Outlet"
