Don’t shop here. Don’t expect to exchange anything with receipt of less than a week.. the owner Kathy was not caring at all on a simple item to exchange.. I can’t imagine what she would be like for clothes, etc.This review comes from a retail worker that knows the choices companies, and specifically small ones like hers, can make on something where 1) doesn’t lose the company ANY money, 2) satisfied the customer. This was an easy way she could have received more business. She chose to lose a customer through me, and I will be letting others know to not give her business. It’s very very sad considering it’s already a small town.

This store is a gem in Park Rapids! Clothing from all sizes and budgets, gift items and super friendly staff. Kathy went above and beyond pulling items from the back for me. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive here! Thanks ladies!!

Love, love, love this shop. Love the curated collection that is unique and definitely does not feel like you are in a big box store. Staff was very helpful. Found a few things that I just love. Everything fit really well and was quality construction. Lots of attention to detail in the clothing selection. The owner certainly has a unique eye for finding that interesting, different item. Will definitely go again when I visit every summer.

All we can say is Wow! regarding Main Lazy One gift shop. Laura who was the shopkeeper was so friendly and helpful while we were shopping. We were first disappointed they were closed on our Twosday anniversary 2-22-22 while visiting Park Rapids during our four day celebration, but Laura worked hard to open the store on a Wednesday after a snowstorm. Their collections of unique gifts is impressive and we purchased so many gifts, many unique to Park Rapids. Our last day in Parks Rapids was made so much better thanks to the gift suggestions made by Laura. This has to be the best gift shop in Park Rapids.
