Rude Service Counter lady put up my business flyer on the bulletin board so that half my flyer was covered and unreadable. When there is plenty of room on the board. You couldn't see the last few digits of the number to even call. A nice man named Jordan, I believe, explained that the lady who did that has personal issues and that he would put it up so it is readable. He was so kind and made me feel better about the immature and petty situation. Just another reason why I love this store. I hope things get better for that lady and her life. Because at her age, it's ridiculous behavior.

I just called in an order to the bakery, no one knew how to do it and then the lady at customer service was very rude. I will take my business and the church business elsewhere

Update: today 03/09/24. I had the "pleasure" of having Rachel as my cashier. Not one smile, no words spoken, other than to complain that my Hugo's coupons were to torn. I said what do you mean , she pointed to the very edges and said she couldn't read them. I pointed out the words "Dakota Maid Flour 2 for $4. Then I said " besides that just scan the bar code" and still without a smile she said well at least I have some here that I can scan that are better coupons and proceeded to spend time looking through her little paper clipped together coupons and then proceeded to scan the "barcodes"on those COUPONS! I COULDENT HELP BUT WONDER WHAT HER ISSUE WAS! So I would like HUGOS to teach their cashier's not to take their frustrations with prior customers, possibly frustrations with their bosses or coworkers out on Hugo's customers.Well-lit very clean wide isles. you can find items there that you cannot find at Walmart or coborns... especially Walmart... and the people who work there are friendly.

This afternoon I bought 4 ribeye steaks medium size. Cost was $19.99 per pd. Total $93.35. Then got back to my daughter's house the steaks weren't even fresh. Two were fresh and two weren't. Seriously. Won't be stopping back.

the store is dirty and disorganized some of the staff stand around doing nothing while others do all the work non of the employees look happy and it makes for a very poor experience also trying to find anyone that knows where things are and can actually help is a challenge (let alone find any staff) and upper management is no better it no wonder they can't get or keep any good help there very Unprofessional for a business.

Oh, my! The apple fritters were soggy, cold, and coated my mouth with a very unpleasant greasy sensation. Inedible! It is in the compost.

Phenomenal grocery store. Well stocked, wonderful staff. Amazing produce. This location has a Caribou Coffee inside so you can grab a coffee and shop.

My favorite grocery store! Clean with a excellent interior layout. Highly recommend the Hugos brats. My favorite are the Minnesota brats with blueberries in them. Checkout is usually quick. Not many out of stock items. Fresh produce and delicious deli items. Costs have gone up but that's happening to every grocery store. Always friendly service too.

As a former worker all I have to say is ✨$14 hourly ain't worth it✨ and be sure to check your produce carefully. Lastly corporate loves miserable hags to take it out of you.

The store is nice and the employees are friendly but the salted in shell peanuts are tasteless horse manure.

I like that they still have the natural food section separate from the rest of it. this makes it so much easier to find gluten-free items and organic foods. Coborns has recently opted to combine it all into the general grocery area and it makes it so much harder to figure out if they carry something or not. Hugos also has quite the variety of drinks in the coolers which is nice for those hot summer days.

Went in at 12:40 and very little choices to pick from in the bakery for bread products
