The year 2020 was one all by itself so many first time major things to deal with.Last fall we returned to Family furniture after being treated so honestly and nicely the first time and purchased 2 rocker recliner chairs.I just knew we would be treated in the same manor as before and sure enough they out did themselves.I am a big and tall man and hard to fit but Family Furniture not only had one for me to look at and try they had a choice for me.Their products are fantastic and their service leaves absolutely nothing undone.The young men that handle the delivery are polite well mannered and take great care in the delivery and removal of the old furniture if any.I highly recommend them for all your furniture needs.Thank you so much for the great service.Art & Nona

Bought a large sectional sofa and 2 recliners from them. Service was good. Took a little longer that I wanted to get the sofa, but the delay was in it arriving in Park Rapids, not them delivering. Very helpful and courteous delivery people. Price was competitive with other area furniture stores.

Didn't go there, went to holiday gas. But since you're asking I have been in Family Furniture... they've had a going out of business sale for years. I didn't pay attention to whether or not they are currently going out of business, LOL. Funny they never do seem to go out of business? You get what you pay for.
