Stopped in the morning of 8-13-24 and I wished I got the older gentlemans name. I was having issues with I thought was my battery. He said he'd be happy to hook it up to his tester and go from there. Just by looking at my battery he noticed a loose connection. He tighten it, jumped my battery and made sure to tell me to keep it running for atleast 30 minutes..I have to say He is a true asset to that branch. Unlike the young man who works at Oreillys just up the road. Stopped one day to inquire the quality of my battery, it was raining and he came out , hooked it up and proceeded to tell me i would have to unhook it and bring it inside to get a more accurate reading. What???? Never heard such a thing..pure laziness right there.. i will never go back to oreillys for ANYTHING. Auto zone in Park Rapids have definitely earned my future business !!

My experience at park rapids at auto zone was extremely disappointing. After reading other comments about the manager and I wish that manager was still the manager calmed of the gal that is managing now. She was very rude and disrespectful said I was lieing and she wasn't going to try to Make it right after ordering the parts for a different vehicle then mine . Then asked me to leave ... very hard to believe but auto zone must not have training for the their managers

I've always had a good experience here and its the only place I go in town for oil, wiper blades, and other general vehicle maintenance items. I like the layout of the store. The employees are always going out of their way to make sure I get what I need. Everyone can run the registers without problem and the store is always very clean. If you need something for your vehicle give AutoZone a try. They also offer a good rewards program so ask them about it. Sign up is easy and after so many purchases you get $20 off your next purchase.
