“At Park Rapids Ford, Phil in service and Luke in sales are fantastic people to work with! When a freak accident took out my F-150 transmission during a camping trip, 4 hours from home, Luke was there the next morning to pick me up at the campsite and take me 40 minutes to the dealership. They loaned me a truck to get my camper home! More than I could ask for. Phil worked directly with my insurance company to settle the claim. Once the backordered transmission was available, they quickly scheduled it in the shop and completed the task. Even though they are 3 1/2 hours from home, I will definitely consider them when it's time for my next Ford vehicle.”

“Less expensive than other repair shops in the area. I like how they tell you what is wrong with the vehicle and ask at that moment if you want to wait for a later day to repair or give you a quote of what should be repaired first and give you from 1 being higher priority that needs attention now, the lower the number is, something that can wait. I love how they listen to what you want checked out and give advice on what it could be and can give an estimate of labor costs, parts, and miscellaneous price quote and the total charges on a printed off paper. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Honest work and informing the owner of the vehicle if anything else is found for the percentage part maybe worn or whatever it may be. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!”

“Just recently I was up in MN for a funeral. I needed a hitch put on my car to tow things back home about 1000 miles. Every where was booked out past the time frame for me getting home and back to work. Mike ordered all the stuff and said that they could squeeze us in and get it done for me to travel home on time. We dropped my car off on a Tuesday around noon. They had not even received the parts yet. Right before 5 pm on the same day Mike called to tell me my car was already finished. The effort they put in to get my car done with a booked out schedule. Then accomplishing it so fast, was all above and beyond. I am so grateful for how nice, helpful and fast they were. I would highly recommend them. The job they did was also very well done, and looks nice! They fully deserve a 5 star review. All around amazing.
