“Stopped in the morning of 8-13-24 and I wished I got the older gentlemans name. I was having issues with I thought was my battery. He said he'd be happy to hook it up to his tester and go from there. Just by looking at my battery he noticed a loose connection. He tighten it, jumped my battery and made sure to tell me to keep it running for atleast 30 minutes..I have to say He is a true asset to that branch. Unlike the young man who works at Oreillys just up the road. Stopped one day to inquire the quality of my battery, it was raining and he came out , hooked it up and proceeded to tell me i would have to unhook it and bring it inside to get a more accurate reading. What???? Never heard such a thing..pure laziness right there.. i will never go back to oreillys for ANYTHING. Auto zone in Park Rapids have definitely earned my future business !!”

“Excellent service,, went above and beyond, repaired a nasty scratch on a golf car that I bought an hour earlier, it got scratched while loading up on my trailer,, repaired it while it was still on the trailer, saved me the trouble of loading it back up at a later date.

“At Park Rapids Ford, Phil in service and Luke in sales are fantastic people to work with! When a freak accident took out my F-150 transmission during a camping trip, 4 hours from home, Luke was there the next morning to pick me up at the campsite and take me 40 minutes to the dealership. They loaned me a truck to get my camper home! More than I could ask for. Phil worked directly with my insurance company to settle the claim. Once the backordered transmission was available, they quickly scheduled it in the shop and completed the task. Even though they are 3 1/2 hours from home, I will definitely consider them when it's time for my next Ford vehicle.”
