We had to put our loved family cat to sleep and they honestly made the whole process so much easier. Their staff were all very kind and compassionate to both the animal and to our kids, who were heart broken. I really appreciated the patience and kindness they showed us. Thank you! ❤️

Have been going to the Ark for several years. Sadly, last few visits with sick kittens have been poorly managed and very unorganized. I'm very grateful there were same day appts available but visits were short, snappy and wait was well over appt time. Hire another vet, your schedule is not my problem but yours.
My pets deserve a thorough exam like anybody elses. Which I should add, they didnt. The charge is more for SD appts which is not an issue, but recieving "get you out the door care" is. Don't work patients in if you make little time for exam and explanation of findings. On initial visit two out of five of my kittens were examined by vet. All should have received at minimum a mini check-up; eyes, ears, lungs, especially because they were sick. All were included when appointment was made. People should be well informed when they leave your facility. Questions regarding care of a pet should be a good thing, not a burden. Specific staff member walking out of an exam room on two separate occasions shows lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. I did not realize my appt had ended on either of these visits. Most vet techs are helpful but several staff lack empathy, compassion and friendliness. It is unfortunate your
quality of service has declined. I hope bringing this to your attention assists with fixing these types of issues in the future.

Very wonderful staff. They have a slight communication problem. I have 3 dogs and scheduled 2 of them. 1 for spaying and my old boy for teeth cleaning. They somehow managed to put the young girl that needs spaying down for dental cleaning. There was also an issue of them not getting records that our winter vet had sent them. Once this was settled, all went absolutely wonderful. Very clean, bright, and took their time with ny old boy as he can be an azzhat. Definitely recommend.

We are new customers and they treated us very well. Our puppy I found along with 4 brothers 4 days prior. We were able to place brothers in good homes!! They squeezed us in knowing he was abandoned in the woods and really needed to be checked!! Thank you Ark Animal Hospital!!

I've been taking my dogs to the ark for years, and before that my parents did. My dogs are very important to me because of that I'm very particular on who I trust to take care of them. I never worry about their well being when we go to the Ark. The staff are very caring and friendly, and make me feel like I'm not over paranoid when it comes to asking questions. They put the animals first, not just going as fast as they can to get to the next client to make more money.

The worst Vet I’ve ever seen or been to! Worst experience in my life! They don’t care about u or your pet! Trust me ! Go anywhere else but here! Especially if u have an older pet! All I’m gonna say!!! For now!

Very much to expensive over $340 for blood test, fluid and to take her temperature, staff not friendly, nobody knew nothing nor how to even hear a heart beat in our cat. Took 3 people to try and still didn't get a beat.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our standard poodle Fergus has been experiencing an itchy, scabby rash on his neck. We took him to the Ark and had a very positive appointment. Everyone we had contact with was very kind and professional. We are blessed to have a facility like the Ark in our neck of the woods! Highly recommend their services!
