Not a customer, in fact I drove all the way from Kentucky (where we don’t have Wells Fargo) just to check out the exterior and interior architecture. Definitely a bucket list experience for architecture fans! Everyone at the bank was so friendly and welcoming, showing me where I could access the public balcony and more historical information. In fact I counted at least 5 different people who did that even knowing I was not a bank customer and just gawking. If you are in the area, feel free to check it out, so many buildings like this have long been replaced by drug stores and other soulless chain retail outlets.

Never had a problem with them until today, unusual $1 deposit into my account internet says it could be a scammer testing my acct & the W.fargo fraud guy on the phone made me feel stupid

My family and I are so pleased to have Mark Pearson as our personal banker! He goes above and beyond helping us with our banking needs. Doesn't matter if it is something big or small he is there to help you through the process in a professional business manner. He will also inform you of great ways to invest your hard earned money to help you in the future. Mark truly cares about his clients, and I'm so grateful to have him and Wellsfargo as my choice for my banking needs!

Wells fargo isn’t the problem here, but rather the teller we delt with. Misty. She didn’t listen to what my wife was saying and when she asked twice if we would still be able to use our card (which had a crack in it but was still usable) while we waited for a new one she was told yes we would, twice. The second time she replied we would still be able to use it she was handing our card back to us. As soon as we left our card wouldn’t work. We are now a week without a full card number for payments to come off of with multiple late payments. I know misty wasn’t listening because when my wife voiced her concern about using the virtual card because not everywhere accepts that, misty answered by mentioning other virtual wallets. The reason we asked multiple times if we would still be able to use our card is because we wouldn’t have ordered a new one that day with so many things about to come off of it the following week. When someone is dealing with something that affects your money, you expect them to listen. Very disappointed and to be honest, irritated with the service and resulting situation we are dealing with. From now on if we need to do something at a wells fargo we will do it in a different town. It’s a shame because this wells fargo has a unique and interesting building.

Banking with Wells Fargo hasn't been to terrible, however if you want a place you can call for questions or concerns this bank isn't for you, I've been trying to call for over a month now with a question I have as I work during their hours of operation and I cannot get in to ask in person and every time I call no one answers the phone, doesn't matter what time of day I call or the day of the week. At this point I'd just be better off removing my money from the bank and opening a new account in another bank.

Tristen, Misty, Abra (tellers)and Trevor (banker) are the main people who keep me using wells fargo in owatonna. They are always so fast,friendly, helpful and have taken the time to get to know me as a customer by name and thanks to those four are why I stay with the bank. More people should be as good as they are to help people in the wells fargo community!

So it's been now 2 months in a row for calls for a account I was told by them it's going to be closed 3 months ago and these people do not care when someone says they want nothing to do with a account at this point if I get one more phone call am gonna sue am gonna threat it anymore am just going to cuz this is starting to feel like harassment for an account that I shouldn't even have to state anymore I want nothing to do with

My fiancé used to bank with them and they completely screwed my fiancé over multiple times it was getting ridiculous. Wells Fargo company needs a better way to manage their company and also treat their customers better than they do. Neither me or my fiancé will bank with Wells Fargo ever again now I understand why people threaten to sue Wells Fargo, and now I understand why my parents stopped going through Wells Fargo. The community expected better from Wells Fargo as a company and as a part of the community I am very disappointed in the company and how they handle things

I appreciate the national coverage of Wells Fargo and also this local team. Recently I was waiting on line at the teller and a team member asked how he could help - he showed me how to make a deposit using the ATM - Sweet! I also found Trevor Ebert at this location really helpful - I email him and he gets right back to me.Adding a bit of fun here - I noticed the door with the label "Retirement" It seemed to locked and no door handle, dark on the other side. Good reminder I should press on with my job, save money and not try to go through that door right now.

Long lines, rude tellers, and dirty building. Money makes the world go around. Do you really wanna trust your hard earned income to a company that could care less about you and your business? I had a business and personal account with WellsFargo..key word was had. Look at the reviews. Only 2 1/2 stars. There's a reason!

Puts in debits before credits so your account will purposefully go negative that way they can charge more service fees to people and make more money.Bad customer service. Not wearing masks.

Closed on Saturday and only open from 9 to 5 doesn't really work well for out if town workers, this bank has been very disappointing lately.
