They remodeled the store. Must have made the isles wider because they downsized A LOT of departments but didn’t seem to add other areas or merchandise.
Biggest problem I see is the way they redid the check outs. They consolidated ALL the checkouts into one area BUT they filter everyone into this area through two lanes that merge into one….reminds me of summer road construction! I imagine it will be horrendous during the holidays!

I’m making this review and note to never make the mistake of returning to this Walmart in my lifetime. Very unorganized. Staff is doing their best, but half the items are locked up, almost no one has walkies or keys to unlock cabinets and/ or help customers. I just want to walk in and out quickly and purchase my items. I will go elsewhere for that.

Waiting by the fitting room 15-20 minutes and no one ever came. Tried calling the operator and asking for someone to come unlock it, but the phone rang for 5 minutes and no one ever answered. They never seem to have anyone working the fitting rooms at the Owatonna Walmart.
