We had family visiting who forgot his medication. Walgreen was very helpful getting multiple prescriptions transfered and had it filled before they closed. Helpful and professional! Thank you so much for your help!

Where do I even start. From completely forgetting about my order for over a week to refusing to ask the Dr office for another inhaler script because the last one was too close to expiration to attempting to charge me more than what my copay is simply because I changed my last night, making me come back several times in 1 day because the prescription that was supposed to be ready really wasn't, not having meds instock, oh and then there was the time they gave me pills in the wrong bottle with the wrong label! Correct label, wrong pills inside which could have killed my unborn baby. What a joke! I have lived all over the state and country and have never seen anything like this. They truly are going to kill someone.

I shop at Walgreens often and the employees at the Owatonna location are the absolute best! They are friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful! They keep suckers at the photo counter for kids and remember my children's names when we come in! I can't say enough good things about Owatonna Walgreens!

Pharmacy doesn’t care at all about patients. Also have had multiple experiences of them being unprofessional and disorganized.

They offer many quality day-to-day products. Easy to locate things in the store. The pharmacy is a busy place and seems a little tense. Short waiting time usually follows even with a call ahead that’s your ready to go.- but I’ve always gotten my Rx’s and walked out with what I needed.

If you want to have a horrible costomer experience from incompetent and arrogant pharmacy technicians this is the place to come. Not only do these people not help you with anything they claimed that they are very "busy". That was a blatant lie. I called from outside the store, went inside and not a single person was inside or in line. I asked them to transfer medication from another walgreens and they said they couldn't do that. And they didn't know why and gave me all these excuses. So i asked them if they could call the other store to help resolve the issue and they refused... The lack of willingness to help out patients and customers is absolutely amazing. I have no idea how these people still work their. They lack of respect they have for customers is disappointing. This place was such a great store, but these poor excuses for "Pharmacy Technician's" have absolutely ruined the helpful and caring experience I use to know. Something needs to change.

Im not one to wright reviews but this is one of the worst place places to transfer and get prescriptions from. I tried simply transferring my scrips from another walgreens and they had me going back and forth looking for my updated script. I would not recommend going to this place. They can't even assist you in calling for a med refill. This is a good example of a lazy work place! 1/10

Attn: PharmacyThe Hippocratic oath you swore you'd uphold goesI will consider the welfare of humanity and relief of suffering my primary concerns.I will apply my knowledge, experience, and skills to the Best of My Ability to insure optimal outcomes for all my patients.I will protect and respect all personal and health information entrusted to me.This location really falters on the second part.Today the Pharmacy technician said they were out of a certain medication, but when she was asked to double check with the pharmacist, she very reluctantly did so and sure enough the location here had it in stock. The Pharmacy tech took a Hippocratic oath to apply knowledge, experience and skills but we were told they were out of stock and then told to start calling around to other locations. This has happened here a few times now and my advice to those in need of their life saving medication is to speak directly with the pharmacist on duty. And my advice to the Pharmacy technician or Corporate office is to remember the Oath you swore on to uphold and honor. Don't redirect your customers business to your competitors or other locations. And don't lie just because your a little busy and want your customers off the phone. Remember we are ultimately your paycheck and you choose this career to help Not Hinder your fellow Human beings. Thanks to those that read this.
