I find the Customer service to be wonderful. They are always very helpful and kind.

I regularly receive mail for an address with the same house number on a different street. I assume some of my mail is going to that house and I have no way of knowing when or if I will ever receive it. I have complained to the post office before but the problem has continued for years!

Supervisor of the post office doesn’t even know their own rules and regulations, as well as very angry and emotional over a simple disagreement. I hope the post master will provide education regarding constitutional rights.
