Everyone that we talked to from U-Pack, was kind, patient, and helpful. There was no pressure to complete the loading, and also the unloading. We were given plenty of time to load and unload the 3 ReloCubes at my daughters home. I have also ordered a trailer to be dropped at my house in a couple of weeks.
