I appreciate that if needed the mechanics will come up front and explain to me exactly what is going on, how to fix it and my choices to do so. They'll get in your car with, or without you, and drive around all over, for a while (about 20 min for me when I took GP in) until they can experience what you experience, and figure out why it's happening. Nice, honest, fun loving people who are passionate about their work and actually show they care about customer retention.”

“We had a breakdown on a Sunday, gave these guys a call. Dave answered the call, picked up the vehicle and delivered it to the service shop and did it all very quickly! He was on site within an hour, and half of that was travel time to get there! That's first class service. And to top it off, Dave is one of the nicest guys I've ever talked to. I highly recommend these guys!”
