We had a great customer service experience at our Owatonna Spectrum store. Davina, our store specialist, was very knowledgeable and helped us set up service for our sister. Better yet, she was friendly and shared her beautiful smile with us!

Went in to cancel my grandpas internet service. The rep that worked with me had her airpod in the whole time and was more than likely talking with someone as she was muttering under her breath the whole time, not talking to me. I had to make a call to get the number that the account was under which took me a minute at most but she ended up walking away for probably 5-10 minutes. Then I had to ask the same question multiple times and ask her to repeat herself multiple times since she was muttering under her breath the whole time.

Worst internet service and customer service I have ever dealt with. I had been paying for 1gb of internet and was receiving about 200mb at the highest even after they tried to reset. Then to top it off they increased my monthly bill without informing me, so I had been over paying on under performing service for about 6 months. Finally cancelled and they are trying to charge an extra month on me. I highly recommend not using spectrum.

Davina is a Saint. A very patient, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, patient, and wonderful saint. She listened to all of my (many and repeated) questions about moving services and set us up with a plan that, even with a new phone purchase and protection plan, saves us money. Honestly, the only negative thing I can consider pointing out is leaving a Google review. Hey, Spectrum! Introverts don't like publically linking their names to things, even effusive praise, on the indelible internet. Give her a raise, KEEP HER, and give me the ability to praise direct to supervisor or corporate.

I think spectrum is thee worst company on the planet. I was told I was going to receive internet and cellphone service at a certain rate. 8 months later, I have the proof from my first bill from the store, and spectrum telling me that I am wrong. I dump them, never again. They just do nothing but lie. I have a lot more detail than what I text, but I'm sure there's a lot more people out there that knows what I'm going through

Just needed to pick up a modem. Eric was friendly and helpful making sure I had everything I needed before I left. I was helped within 1 minute of my arrival. Note that Google takes you to arby's. Continue 1 or 2 blocks east on Bridge Street and you will see the store on the south side.
