They originally told us we were in a contract couldn’t leave. To finally have the contract end to be told we were never in one. The service is terrible you can get fiber optic form legit anywhere for way cheaper and other companies will secure your business so much better! I’m out of internet for the WEEKEND because spectrum is so bad and isn’t working properly they told me they can’t do nothing and will send a technician out in a couple days. That has now several day to day life occasions i have, so if you’re fine with your internet working half the time for double the price of everywhere and being lied to by them. By all means this your place to go to then!

I stopped in to compare cell phone service against Verizon. I had no intention of switching that day but I did. I was blown away at the price difference, cut my bill in half plus they double checked my home Internet and cable to make sure it was the best deal. Adjusted a few things and saved me a bit on them too. I worked with Eric and he was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy or rushed like many salespeople can be. Seemed to genuinely want to make sure I had a painless transition from Verizon to Spectrum Mobile. It took about an hour or so including transferring data. If you're on the fence about switching go there and see what they can do for you. I had been on the fence for a year and wish I would have looked into it sooner. While I specifically worked with Eric and highly recommend him, the rest of the staff seemed friendly and helpful as well.

Eric, Heidi & Jesse(Store Manager) @ the Owatonna, MN Spectrum Store are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I am in the middle of a move to a New ? Home in Rochester, MN & personally made the 45 minute drive to the Spectrum Store in Owatonna, MN for their personal/individual Service. All of them live locally in the area & take pride & ownership of servicing their local customers in their market. They also take the time to help out the out of town folks when they need the support! My hats off to the local OWATONNA MINNESOTA SPECTRUM TEAM! CB

We drove over to Owatonna from Mankato. The service was night and day difference. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and Heidi. We were going to switch to Verizon after dealing with Mankato. We were going to Owatonna and decided to check them out, and we are glad that we did. We bought 4 new phones and are going back for 2 more. They both were so helpful and didn't lie about the services like the one guy did in Mankato. They made sure all of our stuff transferred, including our pictures that were of our deceased parents. They were both awesome. After we came home, my son's friend was also inquiring about a new phone. He unfortunately went to the Mankato store. He also had the same complaints. Sign in, even though no one was in the store. Waited for 45 mins to get help. Several people came out of the back and acted like it was a pain to help out. The staff in Mankato wasn't a friendly group. We even offered to put down a down payment or pay for the phones to guarantee us our phones when they came in. But they said we couldn't do that. We had to have it shipped to our house. We didn't want 4 of them sitting outside while we were at work. Again, THANK YOU Jennifer and Heidi for all of your help we so appreciate everything you did to help us out. We will gladly be singing your praises for everything that you did. We will be sending you more business, because you definitely made the sale.

45 min on the phone just for a simple cancellation of internet, after being told by store reps there would be no hold time, a little ridiculous..

Eric and Heidi are awesome ? when I switched over to spectrum the guy on the phone said it'd be really easy to move everything from my old phone to my new phone. I know myself better then that and went into the store! When I asked Eric if he could help me sety new phone he was like absolutely no problem! He told me what was going on every step of the way! Then today I wasn't sure how to get back to my original screen when in an app and Heidi was wonderful showed me no problem. They are both smart as can be and super friendly! I highly recommend spectrum!

The staff there now had been so helpful in helping me to figure out a problem I was having n they went way above that in order to solve a situation I had been having with my bill and left feeling so listened to without judgment. It made my day a happier one for sure. Thanks for hiring a very nice informative n kind man, and the lady also who was there at the time I desperately needed help.

My experience with spectrum was great! I moved two lines over to spectrum, with trade in's, from T-Mobile and got home Internet. T-Mobile had transfer blocks (without my consent) that took some time to figure out but Melissa and Jessie were very clear about everything step by step and billing, for 4 consecutive months now, has been to the dollar of what was expected. Thank you!
