We have been trying to get a hold of someone at this clinic for over a week so we can get a refill of our dog's medication. No one ever answers the phone, two online requests have been ignored and we have not received a call back. Extremely frustrating! It has been 8 months or so since Dr. Krumm retired, I had hoped things would be running more smoothly at this point. Will be looking for a new vet.

Had the worst experience of my life in 2021 when Dr. Gute put my Rottweiler down. He was rude to us, heartless, and so unprofessional. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Dr. Bauer but because of my traumatic experience I will never return and I’ve recently gotten my mom to switch vets because of it. We now go elsewhere and we just put our family dog of 15 years down 14 of which she was cared for by you guys. Anyways it was a much better experience, so much more peaceful and we all left with closure in our hearts unlike I did with my beloved Miley. I wish Tammy nothing but the best but I hope this post reaches Dr gute. He should be ashamed of himself.
