Only place in town so far that actually figures out what's wrong with my car and fixes it the first time. Haven't bothered trying anywhere else since I found this place. I appreciate that if needed the mechanics will come up front and explain to me exactly what is going on, how to fix it and my choices to do so. They'll get in your car with, or without you, and drive around all over, for a while (about 20 min for me when I took GP in) until they can experience what you experience, and figure out why it's happening. Nice, honest, fun loving people who are passionate about their work and actually show they care about customer retention.

Everytime I come here more goes wrong with my car recently I got my oil changed here and they gave me a list of everything wrong with it... I went to a different mechanic place had them do a diagnostic and look the car over 4 of the things the auto clinic said we're wrong we're not... Do not go here they will rip u off!!!!

Going from Illinois to Minneapolis and had brake issues. Stopped in Owatonna for the night and hoped we could get in somewhere. They were great at taking a look and getting what we needed and squeezing us in so that we could back on the road. So friendly and personable. If we were locals we would make this our regular specialists.

Traveling out of town from illinois and had brake assist light come on. Found this place online and they were able to help same day no questions asked. Very understanding and hospitable to people from out of town, they treat you like family and are super willing to help. Would recommend for any auto issue!Service: Brakes

I had an appointment yesterday for an oil change and I also asked about my whipper’s fluid that wasn’t working. They did everything really fast and well. Also the people at the front desk are very friendly.

Impressed is an understatement- towed into their lot after breaking down on the highway. They were closing in 3 minutes when we got there - Ashley greeted us with a smile , Nate pulled our car into the garage and worked on it for hours after closing. Golden service for copper prices. Good end to a bad day
