“So I normally don't do 5 stars on anyone but it was well deserved. My Elder Mother and I came in to buy a new washer and dryer because hers was outdated and wasn't drying properly. We met with a fine salesman but unfortunately he wasn't that knowledgeable and we got a stackable washer and dryer that didn't open the right way and thought , no problem we can have it reversed you know right to left, left to right, and unfortunately they don't all come that way now a days! So make sure you check! But I called and talked to the Manager Jeff and told him the situation and that it wasn't feesable for her Condo the way the doors opened and other things we discussed. I take care of my Mother in certain situations and I was very happy with the Manager. He fixed our problem, we resolved it, and needless to say she will be happy with her new washer and dryer. Now it was purchased with a 2 year warranty and was under 30 days so you have to understand the rules. But I'm very impressed with the service for my Mother.Thank you Jeff at Karls in Owatonna!Very happy Customer ?”
